You can cancel your subscription at any time subject to our Nightingale Cancellation Policy. See below for the steps in the process.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Initiate the cancellation process using the cancellation form on this page. We should respond within 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us within 48 hours, please repeat the cancellation process, or call us directly.
What is the cancellation timeline?
Cancellations up to forty-eight (48) hours from placing an order and made via the form on this page.
- Cancellations up to forty-eight (48) hours from placing an order and made via the form on this page will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price after any discounts applied at checkout. While we will be expediting your refund, it may take up to fourteen (14) days to be credited due to delays with some of our banking partners. Please bear in mind that we can only credit the payment card or payment account that was used for this purchase.
- In the unlikely event that we shipped device(s) to you within the forty-eight (48) hours of you placing an order, we will require you to return the device(s) using the enclosed envelope within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. Upon our receipt of said device(s) in new and unused condition, we will begin processing your refund. If we do not receive the device(s) within a timely manner or if we receive the device(s) in a damaged and or used condition, we will process the refund minus the cost of the device(s) at the purchase price that you paid.

- Cancellations after forty-eight (48) hours but up to 4 weeks from placing an order and made via the form on this page will be eligible for a fifty (50) percent refund of the purchase price after any discounts applied at checkout. While we will be expediting your refund, it may take up to fourteen (14) days to be credited due to delays with some of our banking partners. Please bear in mind that we can only credit the payment card or payment account that was used for this purchase.
- You may keep device(s) shipped to you. In the unlikely event that we shipped an ADAMM lung tracker to you, we will require you to return it using the enclosed envelope within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. Upon our receipt of the ADAMM lung tracker in new and unused condition, we will begin processing your refund. If we do not receive it within a timely manner or if we receive it in a damaged and or used condition, we will process the refund minus the cost of ADAMM*.
Cancellations after four (4) weeks but up to twelve (12) weeks from placing an order and made via the form on this page.
- Cancellations after four (4) weeks but up to twelve (12) weeks from placing an order and made via the form on this page will be eligible for a twenty-five (25) percent refund of the purchase price after any discounts applied at checkout. While we will be expediting your refund, it may take up to fourteen (14) days to be credited due to delays with some of our banking partners. Please bear in mind that we can only credit the payment card or payment account that was used for this purchase.
- You may keep device(s) shipped to you except the ADAMM lung tracker which we will require you to return using the enclosed envelope within fourteen (14) days. Upon receipt of the ADAMM lung tracker in good condition, we will begin processing your refund. If we do not receive it within a timely manner or if we receive it in a damaged condition, we will process the refund minus the cost of ADAMM*.

- After twelve (12) weeks there will be no refund due upon cancellation.
- You may return your ADAMM lung tracker to us and upon evaluation we will mail to you a gift card (Visa or Mastercard based on our preference) for the value that we’ve placed on your tracker, not to exceed $200.00.
* In the event that we need to deduct the cost of ADAMM from your refund, the maximum amount that may be deducted will be $240.00.
