When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time subject to our Nightingale Subscription Plan Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions that are not cancelled will run for 2 years. See below for the steps in the process.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Initiate the cancellation process using the cancellation form on this page. We should respond within 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us within 48 hours, please repeat the cancellation process, or call us directly.
How will I be charged for my devices when I cancel?
Aerochamber:
Your Aerochamber does not need to be returned, and is yours to keep, regardless of time of cancellation. Note a new Aerochamber is provided 1/year as part of your ongoing subscription.
Peak Flow Meter:
Your Peak Flow Meter does not need to be returned. If you have been using it for more than 6 months, no charges apply. If you have been using it for less than 6 months, you can choose between a one-time payment of $30 or 6 monthly payments of $5/month for 6 months, effective from the date of cancellation. Note a new Peak Flow Meter is provided 1/year as part of your ongoing subscription.
OPEP Device:
Your OPEP device does not need to be returned. If you have been using it for more than 9 months, no charges apply. If you have been using it for less than 9 months, you can choose between a one-time payment of $60, or 6 monthly payments of $10/month for 6 months, effective from the date of cancellation. Note a new OPEP device is provided every 18 months, as part of your ongoing subscription.
ADAMM:
Your ADAMM device and charger must be returned. Any remaining adhesives do not need to be returned. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, we will send you a self-addressed, pre-paid envelope for returning the ADAMM device and charger. Your subscription will remain running until the ADAMM and its charger are returned. Upon receipt of the ADAMM and its charger the following charges will apply:
- For devices and chargers received in good, working and clean condition, no charges apply.
- For devices and chargers that were damaged, or which are not working for reasons not due to manufacturing defect:
- If you have been using the ADAMM for less than 1 year, you can choose between a one-time payment of $240 or 6 monthly payments of $40/month, effective from the date of cancellation.
- If you have been using the ADAMM for more than 1 year, but less than 2 years, you can choose between a one-time payment of $120 or 6 monthly payments of $20/month, effective from the date of cancellation.
Note a new ADAMM device is provided every 2 years, as part of your ongoing subscription. Upon renewal of your subscription, a new ADAMM device will be shipped to you, and the package will include a pre-paid envelope for return of your old device.
