Do I need insurance?

No. You buy the plan directly — no claims, no prior authorization.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. Both plans are HSA/FSA eligible. Use your HSA or FSA card at checkout, like any other card.

What’s the difference between Hover and Fly?

Both give you a year with your own respiratory therapist and health coach, the app, text tips and a spacer. Fly adds the ADAMM wearable and a private members’ community. With ADAMM, your therapist sees how your breathing actually went between sessions, instead of relying on what you remember.

Does it work for asthma and COPD?

Yes — both plans cover both. Your therapist builds your plan around your condition. If you have asthma, a Peak Flow Meter (+$30) is a useful add-on. If you have COPD, consider the Aerobika (+$84).

How do the sessions work?

They’re virtual, so you can join from home. Between sessions, you can leave notes for your therapist in the app, and they’ll respond.

What if I change my mind?

You can cancel at any time. Refunds depend on when you cancel:

Within 48 hours: full refund
Up to 4 weeks: 50% refund
4 to 12 weeks: 25% refund
